The Board of Public Roads Classifications and Standards will hold a public hearing at 9 A.M. Wednesday September 2 in the Department of Roads Central Office auditorium in Lincoln to adopt Specific Criteria for Functional Classification of Roads and Streets Minimum Standards of Design Construction and Maintenance and a standardized system of annual reporting. The 11 member board formed by the 1969 Legislature includes two Department of Roads representatives three county representatives three municipal representatives and three lay citizens one from each Congressional district.
