Cheyenne County Sets 13.43 Mill Tax Levy for Next Year
County records show Cheyenne County’s taxable value rising to 59.7 million dollars, up from 57.1 million. County Clerk Robert Hossle notes the universal county levy will be 13.43 mills, up from 12.56, with ambulance and historical association levies excluded. When those are added the total rises to 14.73 mills.

Denver based Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association awards GE contract for a solid state direct current transmission link to connect eastern and western grids. Tractor pulling finale at Cheyenne County Fair 1975
