County Courthouse Audits July 1947 Cheyenne County
At Sidney Nebraska the County Court met July 15 1947 with Cecil Hunt presiding. Minutes approved and claims audited covering County Drug Fund salaries and numerous disbursements, including County Clerk County Attorney and various vendors. warrants ordered. A lease between Union Pacific Railroad and Cheyenne County for gravel pits was approved and other motions carried with unanimous votes. The meeting adjourned to August 18 1947 after approving the semiannual treasurer report and a school district fund transfer.
