Society Hostesses Highlight Luncheons and Birthdays
Mrs Hodgkin and Mrs Pettibone entertained sixteen guests Tuesday morning at ten o'clock with a luncheon at one o'clock, prizes for bridge, and flowers. Mrs Bentley hosted eight guests for Gretchen Robineau’s tenth birthday and a noon luncheon, while Gretchen received gifts. Mr and Mrs Phelps and others enjoyed dinners and visits at Brush. Dale Clark celebrated his twelfth birthday with nine friends, pink and white decor, a large cake, and a trip to the movies after the party.
