Leo Osborn has five year leases on 3,500 acres in Albany county about twenty-five miles west of Laramie. His land sits among nearby wells, the Rex dome seven miles away, with other wells in the same structure. Oil has been struck in several wells at 900 feet, best product at about 4,000 feet. Hardy Twin Passes Away in Colorado Vacation
Robert Lee Hardy infant son of Mr and Mrs A B Hardy died in Grand Lake Colorado during a vacation. Born March 20 in Sidney he had been recovering slowly from illness and died in the early morning while being rocked by his mother with no clear cause except general weakness. Burial was in Crown Hill Denver with Rev Reed of Arvada officiating.

J W Harris Pioneer Dies After Long Illness
J W Harris a Sidney resident since 1884 died last Friday after a lengthy illness. Civil War veteran and longtime Mason since 1961 he was 83. Dr Harry Mantor led Mason funeral services Sunday afternoon at Lodge Pole for the burial. He was father of Oscar Harris of Sidney.

Doctor Roche Plans Summer Trip For Study And Visit
Dr Roche and his family depart by car Sunday for Dubuque Iowa where Mrs Roche and their child will visit relatives. He will travel to Rochester Minnesota for about a month of study at the Mayo Brothers clinic and they plan to return around September 1. Dr Thomas Dorwart of Omaha will assume his practice during the absence.
