Home improvements ranging from a 15000 dollar addition to a 600 dollar basement excavation led a list of projects filed with the City of Sidney last month. Under city inspector Dean Starr, doorways porch enclosures and a fireplace pushed the March total to over 23000 dollars. Fences and a garage added 1300 dollars.
