Sidney Wranglers Grow as Cheyenne County 4-H leaders
The Sidney Wranglers 4 H Light Horse Club formed in 1963 and chartered in 1964, becoming the largest 4-H club in Cheyenne County with 19 to 45 members. Led by Bernie Gass for nine years and later John Schroeder, the group meets winter in the 4 H Building and summers with horse shows at the Cheyenne County Invitational and State Fair. The 1973 plans include renewing the Novice Club, showcasing at Spring Party, and hosting the June invitational horse show along with a community project.
