Nebraska Moves to Separate Tax Schedules for Intangibles

Nebraska adopts a new law requiring every taxpayer to file two distinct assessment schedules one for tangible property and a separate intangible property return. The intangible return goes to the county assessor while the tangible schedule remains with the precinct assessor.
