Sidney based Western Nebraska Oil Company manager M H Robineau, founder, unveiled a barrel cleaning system learned on the Atlantic seaboard. The new unit cleans interior rust and exterior blistering, enabling paint and safer oil storage. The plant upgrades include electric operation, a gravity pumping system, improved scales for accurate fills, and planned offices and garages. The firm plans expansion into central and eastern Nebraska, with upgraded storage tanks and growing business receipts.
