Excellent Vocal Concert Presented by Sidney High School
Under Larry Delinger the Sidney High School chorus and Madrigal presented a vocal concert last Friday evening to an appreciative audience. The Madrigal group of 12 blended their voices well and conveyed evident enjoyment. The chorus performed contemporary pieces, folk songs, and selections from The King and I with feeling and finesse. The concert was one of the best of the vocal department, reflecting years of work by Bill Fankhauser and Delinger and rising stature, though seats were sparse in the senior high auditorium.
