George LaMunyon of Norwich has purchased the Westerly Business College from C W Wales. Wales had run the school with M D Sherrill since February 14 1898, first in Barber Memorial building on High street, then in the Wells block on Broad street. LaMunyon brings long teaching experience and previously worked as Union Pacific railroad agent at Hailey Idaho. He graduated in 1898 from Lincoln Normal University and began teaching duties thereafter.
