Republicans Predict Idaho Victory By Large Margin
Hon Frank R. Gooding, Idaho Republican state central chair, declared the Republicans will carry Idaho by at least 3,000 votes. While en route home from East Lake City, he said the ticket under Morrison is warmly received across the state. He cited improved Republican sentiment, immigration shifts favoring the party, and former independents returning. He denied Democratic breaches with Morrison but vowed strong, united support and hard work to win.
