A large crowd attended the Armistice Day events in Sweet Home sponsored by Kolar-Stanek Post No. 201, American Legion. The parade featured the Sweet Home school students, rodeo participants, and a 21 piece band. speakers included Past Commander Cox and Father Garriga, with Father Kuratko delivering the welcome. The day ended with a reverent memorial service and an evening dance.

Wied School Picnic Nets Near Seventy Dollars for Benefit
