Mary M Hurta 69 died December 12 at Wagner Hospital. Funeral at Buffington Funeral Home December 14 then Czech Moravian Brethren Church with burial at Vlastenec Cemetery. Survivors include four daughters and three sons. She was born in 1884 in Rakovach Moravia and came to America in 1906.

Born October 1 1876 in Boelten Austria he immigrated to America aged four and lived in Weimar Hallettsville Oak Grove Shiner. Survived by wife Emily Fehler, two children, two grandchildren and other relatives. services held at United Dr Martin Luther Church with burial in Shiner City Cemetery.
