Tax rates rise from 50 cents per hundred pounds, to 1.00 in December, 1.50 in January, and 2.00 after February 1. Shiner Unemployed Traffic Blocked At City Hall
Shiner's unemployed reported for work Monday as 169 registrations were filed but only 73 could be given jobs.
