Council approves deli remodel bid for downtown sites
Willow Ranch plans a new facility in the old Spencer’s building and Brookside Deli will open in the Creative Printing building at Central Valley Highway. The city council approved a 99991 remodel bid to Steve Payne Construction to finish by Dec 1, 2002 with 45 percent payment at mid point and at completion, plus 10 percent on city approval.
