City reaches basin drainage deal with developers
The Shatter Community Development Agency will pay 62525 of a 151000 drainage basin project to ease flood risk and enable development. Wise Development and GNS Corp will cover the rest, with costs shared with the city, at Lerdo Highway near Schwaidt Street, benefiting parcels along Lerdo Valley Tulare and Poplar.
