Death calls Magdalen Kirschenmann mother of local family
Funeral services for Magdalen Kirschenmann were held Sept. 8 in Tripp South Dakota. She died Sept. 4 at the home of her daughter Eva Staubner near Menno South Dakota. She was 86 and survived by 11 children four stepchildren and a large extended family. She was born in Nendorf South Russia and came to South Dakota in 1860.
