Shafter Celebration Adds Rides and Evening Fun
New activities for Shafter Celebration include Allen's Family Amusements rides on Central Avenue near James Street. Rides run Friday evening September 12 and all day Saturday with a ribbon cutting at 11 a.m. The event features carriage rides by the Woman's Club, Noble Howze Farms animals, and more booths. Street dancing Saturday night invites all to join in.
