Notice is hereby given that Title Insurance and Trust Company as successor Trustee under a deed of trust dated July 2 1942 by C M Farmer and Corat Farmer as Trustors to secure obligations in favor of Thomas S Roe and M P B Roe as Beneficiary has declared default on August 15 1950 and elected to sell the trust property to satisfy the obligations. The land described is The South 40 feet of the North 1835 feet of the East 208 feet of the NW 1/4 of Section 28 Township 28 South Range 25 East M B M in Kern County California with an exception for oil gas and other hydrocarbons. The sum due includes a note for 700.00. Mabel P B Post formerly Roe executed a Declaration of Default and Demand for Sale and the documents evidencing obligations are deposited with the successor Trustee. The notarized declaration dated September 25 1950 was witnessed by M J Davis with the Notary Public seal and dates October 5 12 19 and 26 1950.
