Richland PTA Carnival Planned for Oct 17 at Center
The Richland Lerdo PTA carnival and food court is set for Thursday October 17 1996 from 5 30 to 8 30 pm at the Neighborhood Activity Center beside Shafter Pool Tickets cost 25 cents each with a pre sale offer of one free ticket per 10 purchased through fourth to eighth grade students or district offices The dedication of the Shafter Neighborhood Activity Center will precede the carnival with Richland Band and choir providing the opening music Additional attractions include a dunk tank hay rides and a book fair corner Upcoming PTA events include a December 17 Christmas program February 11 Founder’s Day April 3 and 10 student recognition May 13 and June 4 graduation dance.
