Reeves Named Thrift Manager at Shafter Branch
Barbara Reeves is appointed manager of Finance and Thrift Company’s Shafter branch, replacing Robert Mendoza who transfers to Oildale. Reeves has led the Wasco branch for years and will handle new duties in Shafter while returning to a former post.
