Kern County group presses workers' compensation reform
The Council on Competitiveness met May 15 with Kern County Board of Supervisors in a public session to discuss workers' compensation classifications. The discussion highlighted small business burdens, insurers' communication gaps, and calls for reform and legislative lobbying including AB 1365 and SB 1926.
