The Rev Vernon Pollema and Elder Ryan Spitzer of Ebenezer Reformed Church Shafter will serve as delegates to the 250th Anniversary Session of the RCUS May 20 to 23 1996 at Eureka Reformed Church Eureka SD. The RCUS traced to German immigrants with roots to 1725 and 1747 synod, and later merged with other bodies to form the United Church of Christ. The 1996 session will include thanksgiving services and the release of a 250th anniversary book titled You Shall Be My People authored by long serving ministers.
