SRPD Announces Summer Programs and Facility Updates

Shafter drug arrest tied to amphetamine shipment
Shafter police arrested Gerald Dale Pharis and Helen Faye Pharis on charges of transporting amphetamines after about five thousand pills were found in their vehicle during a night raid from Bakersfield.
