Blood Bank Scheduled at Memorial Hall in Shafter

Richland Board Studies New Music Building Plan
The Richland Board of Trustees began an inquiry into costs for a new music and possibly office complex on the Richland grounds to replace the old music building. Estimates range from 120000 to 250000 with future rent options discussed if suitable quarters are found. The board plans a tour of area facilities next Thursday and may view preliminary building plans.

Class of 1947 Reunion Weekend Planned
The Class of 1947 from Shafter High School holds a 20th reunion this weekend with a 4 to 6 p.m. happy hour at George Cooper residence, campus tours 6 to 7 p.m., and a 7 p.m. dinner in the cafeteria followed by program.
