Shafter police reported a variety of minor incidents on work orders including two altered money orders a neighborhood disturbance caused by children petty thefts from cars prowlers a woman screaming from an apartment and a missing 7 year old boy who was playing at a neighbor's house. Two youths were taken in for fighting and a father was arrested for assault and battery drunkenness and injuring his 2 year old daughter.

Clocks Fail In East Side After Gunshot Damages Wires
