Funeral services were held for Phillip Smith of Rio Bravo at Agee Family Funeral Home Chapel. He died in a motorcycle accident on April 23 at Central Valley Hwy and Beech Ave. burial followed at Shafter Memorial Park. Phillip, born Oct 26 1942 in Bakersfield, was awaiting Army enlistment. Survivors include his parents and brother, with several aunts, uncles, and a niece.
