Dr Freedman Honored At Alzheimer Support Group Meeting
The Alzheimer’s Support Group at Shafter Convalescent Hospital honored Dr Harold Freedman on his 90th birthday. Director Jackie Patterson and coordinator Mary welcomed him as cake and ice cream were served. The gathering also discussed caregiving issues and stages of Alzheimer’s disease, from early memory lapses to terminal respiratory decline ending in coma.
