Murder charges dropped for trio in Wasco stabbing case

Three Wasco teenagers faced murder charges over the killing of Marcopolo Rocha were dropped after a Kern County judge ruled insufficient evidence. The actual juvenile shooter remains at large, with authorities pursuing new leads and potential arrests under ongoing investigation. Rocha, a Wasco High School track member, died after a vehicle stabbing at 315 Mark Ave. his burial occurred in Jardines Del Recuerdo Cemetery in Juarez, Mexico.

Appeal Filed In Murder Conviction Of Offord Rollins IV

A 200 page brief appeals the murder conviction of Offord Rollins IV for killing 17 year old Maria Madera near Lost Hills on August 2 1991. The Fresno five appellate panel may not rule this year.
