Bakersfield volunteers heard that the Shafter Post remains on Ready Reserve with trained observers and a government phone ready for rapid deployment. A 90 minute film Forbidden Area screened, highlighting saboteur risk, followed by coffee and cookies. Next meeting set for April 24 at Memorial Hall with Boy Scouts and local volunteers in attendance.
