Two SHS juniors, Jaime Garcia Jr and Julio Escobedo, were suspended for wearing Brown Pride T shirts on Feb. 16. They launched a petition aiming to allow all students to wear pride shirts, seeking 1 000 signatures to push KHSD Board reconsideration.

Reading comes to life at Redwood with student readers
Deborah Moens' first grade class welcomed six grade readers from Richland Junior High who read Dr. Seuss aloud to the young pupils.
