Shafter Annexes Weinberger Tract Uninhabited Property
Ordinance 76 approves the annexation to the City of Shafter of the uninhabited Weinberger Tract. The property comprises the north 360 feet of Lot 16 and the north 360 feet of the east half of Lot 15 in Section 16, Township 28 South, Range 25 M D B and M Kern County California. The council acted after January 23 1950 resolving to initiate annexation under the 1939 act with no protests filed. A certified copy of the ordinance is ordered.
