New Bank Manager Takes Over
James V. Cosgrove, manager of Bank of America in the area for two years, is promoted to assistant manager at the expanded East Bakersfield branch. He will be succeeded by Philip Clarkin, formerly assistant cashier at Paso Robles, who starts his duties midweek. Cosgrove departs for East Bakersfield next Monday.
