H W Kelly district governor of Rotary International travels to Sun Valley Idaho for a convention of district governors from around the world. He will then attend the Rotary International Convention in San Francisco beginning June 8 with Shafter Rotary Club members planning to join. Afterward he calls a district officers conference in Monterey June 22 23 and 2. Richard Hecke of Detroit Michigan president of Rotary International will preside in San Francisco until the new president assumes office.
