An explosion occurred Friday at 3 43 p m in the garage of 510 Willow St Shafter three men were in the home but escaped major injuries Neighbors heard a loud blast and saw the garage fully engulfed authorities say the fire is under investigation by Kern County Fire Arson Unit with the blaze described as serious but not yet fully determined in cause
