Teens graduate ROPP program at Bakersfield court
Angela Esparza 17 and Araceli Heredia 18 completed Kern County Probation Department's Repeat Offender Prevention Program at the Juvenile Court in Bakersfield on June 20. They both began with probation challenges, finished 24 months of intensive supervision, counseling, and community service, and plan to study criminal justice and sociology at CSUB while pursuing careers in probation or public service.
