Reports on a Yosemite Valley convention were given Thursday evening by Mrs. Al Peters Miss Martha Verrains Mrs Maybelle Powell and Miss Arlene Bokemper at the Shafter Business and Professional Women's club dinner meeting. Proceeds went to the Army U S O drive. A membership drive was planned with Mrs Mundt and Mrs Maxine Sanders as team captains.
