UC Extension course on personal skills in Bakersfield
Ruth L. Gross Klein leads a two day UC Extension program titled Developing Effective Personal Skills on the Job focusing on assertive communication and handling public relations. It runs February 2 and 3 in Bakersfield College Language Arts 217 with lectures demonstrations and practice sessions. The course aims to improve employee relations and ownership in interactions with superiors peers subordinates and the public.
