California Auto Club backs longer teen driving curfew and passenger limits
The Auto Club supports extending teen driving curfew to 11 p.m. and one year passenger restrictions for drivers under 18. They say these measures reduce distractions and exposure to risky situations, citing prior GDL successes and crash data. The rules remain secondary violations with work or school exceptions.
