State College Won’t Harm Nearby Junior Colleges
Dr. Milton R. Sanden of Bakersfield College argues Kern State College will not disrupt neighboring junior colleges JC enrollments, transfer aims, or cooperative plans. VA can now provide nursing care in most towns, freeing 4,000 beds in 166 hospitals for acute patients.
