The California Division of Highways will roll out red WRONG WAY signs on off ramps and GO BACK YOU ARE GOING WRONG WAY cues on select on ramps across about 5 000 ramps. Night visible reflective devices test an arrow cue and a GO sign to deter wrong-way driving and curb fatalities.

District approves 3500 acre annexation to Lost Hills Water
