Board Drops Lease to Clean Up School Land
The Richland elementary school district will not lease 17 1 2 acres on Lerdo highway north of Shafter to Donald Bickner after he offered 300 dollars, down from 750 last year. Trustees will cleanup the land for future school construction. The land was purchased a year ago from Ed Reub.
