President Thuman names committee heads for the coming year at a dawn meeting in the Shafter Motel. Gene Guenther will pick a three member jury for the Kern Artists Travel Exhibit while a Feb 23 general meeting is planned. Nearly half of members have paid dues and all are urged to remit by March 1.
