Third Drug Bust at Fresno Street Property in Shafter
Deputies from Kern County’s North Area Substation returned to 790 Fresno Street in Shafter for a probation search on December 16 around 9 p.m. Contacted Margarita Flores, Allen Meaney, Ignacio Munoz, and Micki Carter at a camp style residence, finding about 34. Flores faces charges of Possession of Narcotics for Sale, Narcotics paraphernalia, and being Under the Influence. Meaney Munoz and Carter are charged with being Under the Influence. All were booked into the Kern County Central Receiving Facility.
