City Garbage Schedule Altered For Christmas And New Year
Public works director Lewis Carroll announced a holiday collection plan with no residential pickups on Christmas or New Year and no pickups on the following Saturdays. Business district pickups will occur both Saturdays, with two trucks in operation on holiday Thursdays to handle the load. Householders should place accumulated refuse Thursday to ease Friday and Monday overflow.
