PG E expands ZIP interest-free loans for atticless homes
Pacific Gas and Electric announces ZIP program expansion allowing up to 1000 per household for insulation and six other measures including low flow showerheads caulking weather stripping and water heater blankets. The plan covers slab polyurethane insulation and other materials for homes without attic space, with payback over 50 or 100 months. Local PG&E offices provide more ZIP details.
