Faster Loading Method Inventors Design Target Shooting Block
Shafter marksmen James Honey and Elbert McGlashan and Wasco’s Melvin Gilbrith developed a 22 caliber cylinder block to speed loading and counting shells. The device holds 50 shells in five by ten rows plus 14 extras, is patent pending, and aimed at sporting goods stores. The block is wood with a plastic cover, keeps ammo clean, and preserves count accuracy. Local assembly and southland casting support the project.
