Changes to MAL and LDP programs at CCC rules
The U S Department of Agriculture CCC issued a final rule amending MAL and LDP policies for 2006 and later crop years. Changes include beneficial interest when delivered to end users, adjusted world price announcement timing, limited lien searches for MALs over 25000, use of CCC 633 EZ form for LDP requests, and program scope covering wheat to small chickpeas.

CSUB to hold nursing seminar on spirituality in care

The program offers lower rates and a higher standard deduction, while California aligns with federal rules on child definitions. Some filers may no longer qualify, and nonrespondents risk penalties.
