13 Year Old Arrested For Car Theft

Death of Six Month Old Girl in Bakersfield Hospital
The six month old daughter of Mr and Mrs Eugene Allen of Shafter died Friday in a Bakersfield hospital. Carol Ann Allen was born January 16 in Reedley and had lived at the South Shafter Farm Labor Camp for one month. Burial was at Shafter Cemetery with Flickinger Janzen Mortuary in charge following a 10 30 am service. Rev E L Bradhurst officiated. Surviving grandparents are Mrs Elizabeth Sadler and Mrs Ida Carr of Oklahoma.
